Reissue of After the End, Comes the Beginning:

Genesis Project: After the End, Comes the Beginning will be re issued this Winter 2005. After the End, Comes the Beginning was the first novel W.E. and I have ever published and as it is an independent work, we have been cutting our teeth this last year, learning from the ups and downs and mistakes. I see this last years as a real testing ground for Genesis Project. We made some mistakes with After the End, Comes the Beginning, it wasn't edited as well as it could have been, the cover art wasn't up to W.E.'s best work, the presentation was sloppy. We hope to remedy these problems with the reissue of After the End comes the Beginning. The cover art has been redone, there are added sections and added scenes. We've also included some pictures in the back of the book, featuring characters from the novel. Further, the book has gone through an extensive editing process, this doesn't mean it will be flawless, but I'm sure it will be better. We are trying to present a product that is accessible to as many people as possible and give an adventure story that entertains.

Release Date for Heirs of Ashes:

The Release for Genesis Project: Heirs of Ashes has been moved to February 2006, because the editing process is taking longer than I thought. But this is all for the best so that when the continuing story of Genesis Project is released, we will be able to offer the best product possible. I'm personally really excited about the release of the second Genesis Project novel. The art work inside and outside the book is by far some of the greatest I've ever seen W.E. produce. Like the reissue of After the End, Comes the Beginning, Heirs of Ashes will have pictures featuring Genesis Project characters in the back of the book. There will be a new start of chapter symbol in this novel and in the back there will be a sneak look at the coming Genesis Project graphic novel The Hand of Darkness.

Beyond all of that I'm very excited about the story Heirs of Ashes, it picks up three years after the end of After the End, Comes the Beginning. The Universe is at war with the Durinians and heroes fight against the evil aliens to keep from being annihilated. Heirs of Ashes takes us deeper into the mythology of Genesis Project and really starts to set up future books. Patch is featured a great deal in this novel and we get to see him change from a confused young man into a Kalek Warrior unrivaled. Desfar features more prominently in this novel and we learn some things about his past as he tries to save his wife from a Durinian experiment. Vong is in the book and so many others, leading us on a journey across space and into darkness where they face of with Durinians, Lich and Si'verin. New allies are made and the Planetary Empire will be seen in a different way than it was seen in After the End, Comes the Beginning.

Both W.E. Gathercoal and V.D. Ramsey (my brothers, Patrick and Vance) helped me write this novel and it is so much the better for it. The book is darker than the first and by the end, everything will have changed again. The third novel in the series will probably come out in January or February of 2007. Keep checking the site for all updates concerning the Genesis Project Universe.

News on Genesis Project Movie:

The computer generated Genesis Project Movie now has a title, voice casting has been completed and we've had our first script read through. We are embarking on probably the biggest project we've ever tackled, it's scary and intimidating, but also very exciting. The movie's release date is still something of a pipe dream, because there's a lot of work between now and then, but we're hoping maybe for a early to late 2008 release, how it will be released is still being considered, but at this point it looks like it will probably be a straight to DVD release, again, all that's too far in the future to discuss right now. Like I said earlier, casting is done, it was an easy enough task, considering we have a cast of five who will be doing multiple voices and three of the four are myself, W.E. Gathercoal and V.D. Ramsey. The lead voice in the movie however is new talent that we're excited about introducing. Maegan Lybbert will be voicing the lead character in the movie among others. Maegan is a very fine actress who has preformed in stage plays which include The Mouse that Roared and Peter Pan. She's worked as a voice actress before too doing an un-produced computer animated mockumentary called Behind the Mask. We had our read through of the script with Maegan about two weeks ago and to my pure delight, she said she liked the script, which means something because as of this moment she's doing this role out of the goodness of her very good heart. I thank her publicly for that now.

The movie's story is about an ancient war between a race of robots called Sancur and cyborgs called Duryur. After a millennia of peace, the Sancur believing their enemies the Duryur long dead, the peace is broken and the war begins again. The Sancur and the Duryur were once human races but their war left their bodies dying. The Sancur found a way to transfer their conciseness into robotic shells and while they are robots they live as much like humans as they can. The Duryur on the other hand, while the still have organic bits of body seem to have more accepted their lot and feel the Sancur are an abomination to life. Our story revolves mainly around a Sancur woman named Rieeha, who has strange developing powers and the role she plays in the wider conflict as war begins again. The movie is titled at this moment Dawn of Devils, that may changed, but I pretty much like it.

Well, I guess that's all for now.

GENESIS PROJECT: After the End, Comes the Beginning

Sequel Title Announced!

June, 10, 2005

Well, I'm back! It's Friday, which means the release of the Hinder War first episode, called the Vebdin Plans. With the new episode comes the introduction of an all new Genesis Project villain, I'll let you read to find out who it is.

Also today comes the introduction of some temp artwork for the Genesis Project: After the End, Comes the Beginning sequel and the title of said sequel. So, click here, for the artwork. As for the title: the sequel to Genesis Project: After the End, Comes the Beginning, will be called Genesis Project: Heirs of Ashes. Hmm, that was a little anti-climactic. Anyway, keep checking Genesis Project Universe.com for more updates on everything Genesis Project Universe related. Also keep checking for those Hinder War episodes with more and more and more to come.

Well, stay dry.

GENESIS PROJECT SEQUEL COMING SOON!

FUTURE PLANS FOR GENESIS PROJECT REVEALED

&

MORE!

June, 7, 2005

It's been a while, but I have an excuse, I've been busy furthering the Universe. The sequel of After the End, Comes the Beginning is very near completion, we're hoping for a Christmas release! The story picks up three years after After the End, Comes the Beginning and will feature characters such as Vong Kidfar, Desfar Nakoo, Patch and Ramha and others! The events of the story take place during a great war with a race of aliens called Durinians featured at the end of After the End, Comes the Beginning. It proves to be a great adventure! Stay tuned for more!

Also, starting on Friday, the Hinder War Series will begin. Originally planned as a series of computer generated short movies, that project will have to be held off on for a while. The series will be a continuing arc of short stories that will feature excusive W.E. Gathercoal artwork and CG images. The stories will introduce readers to a group of Kasna warriors trying to fight the darkness shortly after the events of After the End, Comes the Beginning. The Hinder War Series will run up to and lead into the release of the After the End, Comes the Beginning sequel.

And further more, we have called upon the art talents of a wonderful up and coming artist, Norman Shurtliff, to illustrate Genesis Project's first graphic novel set for a spring release. The graphic novel will take place shortly after the events of the After the End, Comes the Beginning sequel and will feature Vong Kidfar and others on a dangerous mission in search of the homeworld of a vile and evil race called Lich. We are very excited about the graphic novel and hope that it will interest those fans out there too.

And as if that isn't enough, Genesis Project Universe.com will be starting a new page within the next couple of weeks. The page will not be Genesis Project related, but will be featuring a new series called Jolly Days. Jolly Days will be an online-comic and a series of corny animated shorts and some film shorts, featuring the Snakes War Series, created by Steven Andrews and Vance Smith, and the Murder Hunter series, created by Aaron, Patrick and Vance Smith. Jolly Days is considered comedy by some and we hope that it will be enjoyed by all. But just to make sure it is understood, Jolly Days has no relation to the Genesis Project series. For more updates keep checking Genesis Project Universe.com.

And finally, with this Friday's start up of the Hinder War Series, Genesis Project will also be releasing the title of the Genesis Project: After the End, Comes the Beginning, sequel and the initial W.E. Gathercoal artwork of what will be the cover.

For all your Genesis Project news, keep checking Genesis Project Universe.com.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a lot of work to do.

GENESIS PROJECT NEWS

December 06, 2004

Okay, some things that need to be addressed. First, we have to apologize that the store is in no way working currently. Also our e-mail isn't quite set up yet. Sorry, sorry. Also, The Time of the Kasna is still going to start today. But it might be later than I had originally hoped. We're experiencing some technical difficulties. Never fear, however, those who might be interested in what's going on here. The stories are coming. We're busy, busy, busy here and I'm just on the very edge of sanity. Still, things will all be working right soon enough and The Time of the Kasna will begin tonight. The second episode will be on the site on Wednesday, followed by the third episode on Friday and they'll continue like that until you hear differently. This could be faster and snappier and all that, but, we're trying to figure all this shi'kee out too. Please, if you're interested in this stuff and if you're looking for some cool adventures, bear with us. Okay, I think that's all I got for now. I gotta get back to all the frashing things that I have left to do to get things working right. But I love this stuff. It's crazy sometimes, but it's frikin fun!

Anyways, for the now, this is me. Out.

GENESIS PROJECT: AFTER THE END, COMES THE BEGINNING RELEASE

Big news folks, I'm Aaron Michael Fanthorpe... well that's not really big news, well maybe to some. The big news is, GENESIS PROJECT. My Co-author and good friend W.E. Gathercoal and myself would like to present this new universe to anyone who likes fantasy/sci-fi adventures. We want to announce the coming release of our first novel in the Genesis Project series. It's called Genesis Project: After the End, Comes the Beginning. Yeah, I know, what in all the frash is that? Frash? What's that? Well, if you read Genesis Project: ATECTB (it's shorter that way) you can find out.

Genesis Project has been in the works for over a decade, originally conceived as a story called Condor. It featured an evil Captain called Pmac and his sidekick Ensign Foog, as they chased down our hero Michael Ginus. Funnily enough two of those characters are actually featured in ATECTB, though the story is a 'little' more refined now. You've got Kalek, which are these special warriors, fighting a war against these bad guys called the Planetary Empire... I know, kinda cliche but hey, it works. Anyway, the series is a fusion... yeah, I like that little word. Genesis Project is a fusion of fantasy and science fiction. I'm hoping that it's unlike anything you've ever read before. But if you have read something like it before, please do tell, because I'm obviously reading the wrong stuff.

Genesis Project: After the End, Comes the Beginning is right now set to come out around the beginning of January. If you want a sneak preview, check out the sample chapter. But that's not all we have here, there's a character page, that'll get you introduced to many of the major players in Genesis Project. there's a ships page that will show you ships and their stats from Genesis Project. there's a page with a map and some write ups on important Genesis Project worlds. There's a page with images made for Genesis Project, and there's a page with movies made for Genesis Project. Well not movies, really, but a, sort of Prologue short, of some major history points in Genesis Project. Check it out. Check it all out.

W.E. (That's Double-U E) and I, and those working with us want to present to you a new adventure, with new and exciting characters and locals. We want you to join is through a struggle between good and
EVIL... like what I did there, making evil bigger' Again, I know it's kinda cliche but the story, the adventure of Genesis Project, is something new. a twist on a genre that we all know and love. So if you're into checking out a new adventure and meeting some new characters, come one in and check out the Genesis Project Universe.

THE SAGA CONTINUES WITH 'HINDER WAR' THE E-SERIES

Coming soon to genesisprojectuniverse.com is a series of weekly short stories, chronicling the Hinder War, a violent conflict that began shortly after the events in Genesis Project: After the End, Comes the Beginning. Hmm, that sounds cool, but you should probably read ATECTB first. Still, the Hinder War is coming. It's coming, coming, COMING! WOOOOO! Oh, sorry about that. I better clear that up, it's coming, in January. The exact launch date is not set yet, but stay informed with all of your Genesis Project News, here on genesisprojectuniverse.com. (Hee, I finally get to say that.)

The stories of Hinder War, will feature characters from ATECTB, as well as new characters created especially for the series. The Hinder War Series will also introduce readers of Genesis Project to many new worlds, and races, including the dark enemy from realms unknown... Durinians.

For more on the Hinder War Series, click on the Hinder War Episodes link, and or, check out the video preview created exclusively for the release of the series. Yeah, I guess I didn't mention that there were two things on the movie page... huh, must have slipped my mind.
